   Most of you know that Krista has followed in Grandpa Oscar's footsteps, literally, and ran her first 5K race last month.  The early morning chill, complete with newly fallen snow on the ground, did not stop her from completing the race.  I love this picture of her wearing her medal after the race!

        One of the best things about being in Rexburg is getting to hang out with Hailey!  Being an auntie is lots of fun, especially because her niece is SO CUTE!

     Krista is having a fun semester developing her creative talents!  She bought herself a sewing machine and a lot of fabric while she worked at Wal-Mart and she has put it to good use!  She has made several things, including a quilt that she pieced together herself. Way to go, Krista!  You are so creative!

      Besides sewing, Krista has been busy trying new recipes to add to her personal cookbook.  She  loves to try to create new things and I can't wait until Christmas when she can cook something up for me!
